    Refund Policy: All items (excluding game used equipment) may be returned to the Swamp Shop within 30-Days for a full refund to the original payment method with proof of purchase.

    Free Returns: Online orders may be returned in-store with the order confirmation e-mail for a full refund to the original payment method. Order confirmation can be shown via mobile device or printed copy. 

    Mail-In Returns & Exchanges: All online orders can be returned or swapped for another item via mail. Please ship items to the address listed below, with a note stating your name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of the request to either refund the item or exchange for a different item. A re-shipping charge will be applied for all exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us with the details of your damaged or defective order inquiry. We will include a pre-paid shipping label with the replacement item, to return the damaged item to us with no charge to you. 

    Partial Orders

    If you received a partial order, please contact us with the details of your damaged or defective order inquiry. Please ensure to include the full details of what item(s) you are missing from your order, as well as the item(s) you did receive.

    If you received an email stating one of your items is currently backordered or may experience a delay, please review that email to inform you of when your item will be shipped out. 

    Wrong item received

    If you received a incorrect order, please contact us with the details of your damaged or defective order inquiry. We will include a pre-paid shipping label with the replacement item, to return the damaged item to us with no charge to you.
