How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email that your order was shipped, provided an accurate email address was provided at checkout.
When can I expect my order?
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please review the following delivery time frame guidelines below to help determine when your order should arrive:
Please note that our policy allows for up to 3-5 business days before your order is fulfilled. However, some orders may take longer due to Mud Hens and Walleye game schedules.
- Standard Ground: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 2-14 business days.
- Overnight: Your order will arrive the next business day after shipping.
Please note that some mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays as business days, so please account for that when estimating delivery times.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once your order has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to your order. However, if your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. While we make every effort to accommodate change requests, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
If your order has not yet been shipped out, please use the contact us form and include the details of your possible correction. This will help us better track your email inquiry and ensure you will get a quicker response to your order change request.
Backordered/Canceled Items
- Backordered items: If an item is currently not in stock, you will receive an email stating your order is currently on backorder. This email will indicate the expected time frame when the Official store expects the new shipment of your requested item(s) that are on backorder. As soon as those items arrive, your order will be shipped to you via the shipping method you chose for your original order. (Standard, 2nd day, Overnight)
- Canceled items: If an order is no longer available and has been discontinued, you will receive an email stating your order has been canceled.
Many of our stores also serve as retail outlets for team merchandise and are subject to walk-in traffic in addition to their web sales. We make every effort to keep the online stores stocked with merchandise, but during intense demands for a school's product, out-of-stock items or sizes may not be pulled off the site in time. You will not be billed for a canceled item.
We frequently try to update our website to reflect the items we have in stock and available. We apologize in advance if your order is backordered or canceled.
In-Store Pickup Order Policy
- Order Fulfillment: Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not indicate that your order is available for pickup, but that your order has been received by the Swamp Shop. Once your is ready for pickup, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be fulfilled once picked up in person. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be prepared for pickup.
- Order Pick Up: Please bring a valid Photo ID when picking up your order. If someone else is picking up your order, please include their name when placing the order or e-mail swampshop@mudhens.com to add a secondary pickup person.
- Order Expiration: If an order is not picked up within 30 days of being ready for pickup, your order will be automatically fulfilled. Expired pickup orders will be removed from our pickup station and will no longer be available for pickup.
